Residential Financing and Incentives
In addition to federal and state rebates, and handsome incentives local utility companies, Simply Solar of Arizona offers a variety of financing programs depending on your current financial situation. Remember, Simply Solar of Arizona will always “float” the utility rebate portion of your project, reducing the amount that requires financing by as much as 50%.
Often referred to as a bridge loan, this program is a 12 month, no payment option for homeowners who may not currently have the cash reserves to initiate a project, but are in a position to take advantage of the generous tax credit at the end of the year.
Home Equity Loan
Take advantage of the equity in your home by using a home equity loan or home equity line of credit to finance your solar project. In many cases, the payment on your home equity loan will be offset by your utility savings.
The purchase of a home can be a great time to upgrade to solar energy. Energy Efficient Mortgages, FHA 203(k) Rehab Mortgages and other financial products can be used to incorporate solar electric into a property at the time of purchase. The added principal payment is offset by your reduction in utility payments, resulting in little or no difference in outgoing monthly cash flow.
