Once we have agreed on a system that suits your needs, As your residential solar installer, Simply Solar of Arizona will complete all of the utility paperwork and obtain the proper municipal permits for you. Depending on the city or county jurisdiction you reside in, this can take two to six weeks. Unlike at the height of the housing boom here in Arizona, permit application turn around time is relatively quick. Certain cities around the Valley do require different installation requirements for PV systems and that can add time (via engineering) and money to the permit process.

Installation and Utility Interconnection

Simply Solar takes great pride in every project we build. Project time lines are clearly communicated from contract to completion and we are always available via cell phone and e-mail. Our efficient residential solar installer team can install a system in 2-5 days depending on array size, inverter location and geographic location. In the summer months, we sometimes start our work day between 5:00 AM and 6:00 AM, with the intent on being off the roof by 12:00 PM. Much of the electrical work and inverter installation can be done thereafter. Simply Solar of Arizona will schedule all municipal and utility inspections and utility commissioning. If needed, we will meet the municipal inspector for final inspection and we always attend all utility commissioning.
